# Plans

Allowances are per month. On a per-seat plan an allowance is per seat; on Team the seats pool it, so five seats hold one thousand reviews between them.

| Plan | Price per month | Price per month, billed annually | AI reviews | CI minutes | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 50 per workspace | 500 | 7 days |
| Pro | $12 | $10 | 300 | 1,500 | 30 days |
| Team | $20 per seat | $16 per seat | 200 per seat, pooled | 1,500 per seat, pooled | 90 days |
| Business | $45 per seat, 10 seats minimum | $38 per seat | 400 per seat, pooled | 3,000 per seat, pooled | 1 year |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | by contract | by contract | by contract |

An allowance the plan does not state yet is shown as "To be confirmed" and is not enforced.

## What else each plan includes

- **Free** is for individuals and teams of up to three: 3 private projects, 1,000 tasks, 2,000 docs calls, project and user memory, and every agent and bot on your own subscription.
- **Pro** is for one person: unlimited private projects, 10,000 docs calls, all memory levels and the code map.
- **Team** adds roles, team memory, native repositories, the developer API and optional sync with the services you already use.
- **Business** adds single sign-on and SCIM, audit log streaming, policy as code, bring your own key and data residency. Seats start at 10.
- **Enterprise** is arranged by contract: a dedicated region, an SLA, a security review and on-call.

Connections to other services are optional on every plan. No plan needs one, and none changes what a plan costs.

## Where the numbers come from

One data file holds every price and allowance. The pricing page, the guardrail rules that refuse work past an allowance and the billing service all read it, so they cannot disagree. Run `overlane billing status` to see what your workspace gets.

```sh
overlane billing status
overlane billing checkout --plan team --seats 5 --dry-run
```

Buying a plan opens a Stripe-hosted checkout. Only a signed-in person can pay: an agent token can read billing but never buy, change or cancel a plan.
