# overlane auth logout

Revokes the stored CLI session on the service (when it can be reached) and deletes it locally. A stored repository sign-in token is deleted and ends on its own within the hour; revoke it at once with `overlane token revoke`.

## Usage

overlane auth logout [--service URL] [--dry-run]
```

## Flags

- Effect: `write` (changes local or hosted state).
- Needs credentials: no. Uses the network: yes.
- Supports `--dry-run`: yes. Accepts `--force`: no.
