# overlane ci settings set

Sets CI limits for the project. Raising a limit is a spend action and needs an approval from an independent agent (evidence and a reason) or a person; the cost gate is how a team caps the minutes one pull request can spend.

## Usage

overlane ci settings set [--max-minutes-per-pull N] [--max-concurrent N] [--max-parallel-jobs N] [--cancel-superseded true|false] [--dry-run]
```

## Flags

| `--cancel-superseded` | one of `true`, `false` | no |  | Cancel older runs on a ref when a newer commit arrives |
| `--dry-run` | boolean | no |  | Print the requests and file changes this command would make, then stop. Needs no credentials. |

## Behavior

- Effect: `write` (changes local or hosted state).
- Needs credentials: yes. Uses the network: yes.
- Supports `--dry-run`: yes. Accepts `--force`: no.
- Machine-readable description: `overlane schema ci settings set`.
