# overlane decision settings set

Sets whether a use is on and how sure the model must be before it decides (threshold 0.5 up to just under 1, margin 0 to 1). A gate can be tightened but never loosened below the floor the service keeps. Needs a role that manages policy.

## Usage

```

## Arguments
