# overlane guard approvals list

Lists approvals the guardrails opened for actions that need a second look. Each shows who asked, the rule, a plain-language summary and the change it would make. Nothing runs until an approval is approved.

## Usage

```

## Behavior

- Effect: `read` (changes nothing).
