# overlane intent accept

Unfinished covered tasks take the new criteria and checks at once (their acceptance version moves on, so earlier submissions and evidence no longer count); finished ones keep their history and get a successor task. Refused (exit 3) when the revision weakens acceptance and the caller is an agent token or a person without authority over the project.
