# overlane loop new

A loop picks issues by a fixed filter and works them through a kit run, inside the run policy's budgets; a paused policy stops it. Loops do no inference. Use --every MINUTES for a schedule, or --on EVENT (issue.created, issue.assigned, issue.updated, sync.received).

## Usage

## Arguments

- Effect: `write` (changes local or hosted state).
- Needs credentials: yes. Uses the network: yes.
- Supports `--dry-run`: yes. Accepts `--force`: no.
- Machine-readable description: `overlane schema loop new`.

## Result
