# overlane observe alerts

Alert rules (spend cap reached, failing run, stuck lease, stale index) with where each one goes, and the incidents they opened. An incident fires once; resolving it is a separate notice.

## Behavior

- Effect: `read` (changes nothing).
- Needs credentials: yes. Uses the network: yes.
- Supports `--dry-run`: no. Accepts `--force`: no.
- Machine-readable description: `overlane schema observe alerts`.
