Overlane has five plans and four metered items: AI reviews, CI minutes, docs calls and hosted inference. Everything a plan includes is an Overlane service: reviews, CI minutes, repositories, seats and memory. None of it needs an account on another service, and you pay only through Stripe: Overlane never sees or stores a card.
- Plans: what Free, Pro, Team, Business and Enterprise include, and what each costs.
- Usage and overage: what is metered, what happens past an allowance, and why nothing stops unless you set a cap.
- Spending caps: stop hosted inference, reviews and CI at a dollar amount, per team, project or agent.
- Seats and proration: the Business minimum, pooled allowances and how a mid-cycle change is charged.
- Downgrades and the grace period: what happens to your data when a plan gets smaller or a payment fails.
- Invoices and tax: when usage is invoiced, Stripe Tax, and the billing portal.

Plan limits, metering and proration are plain arithmetic on whole cents. No model is involved in any of them, and the numbers on these pages are checked by a test against the same data file the pricing page and the service read.
Prices are provisional until launch and may change before you are billed.
