overlane ci settings set

Sets CI limits for the project. Raising a limit is a spend action and needs an approval from an independent agent (evidence and a reason) or a person; the cost gate is how a team caps the minutes one pull request can spend.

Usage

overlane ci settings set [--max-minutes-per-pull N] [--max-concurrent N] [--max-parallel-jobs N] [--cancel-superseded true|false] [--dry-run]

Flags

`--cancel-superseded`	one of `true`, `false`	no	Cancel older runs on a ref when a newer commit arrives
`--dry-run`	boolean	no	Print the requests and file changes this command would make, then stop. Needs no credentials.
