overlane issue cycle update

Changes the name or the dates of a cycle. It still ends on or after the day it starts.

Usage

overlane issue cycle update cycle-id [--name NAME] [--starts DATE] [--ends DATE] [--dry-run]

Arguments

`cycle-id`	yes	The cycle ID

Flags

`--dry-run`	boolean	no	Print the requests and file changes this command would make, then stop. Needs no credentials.
