npx overlane initRun it in your project. You need Node.js 22 or later; nothing else to install, no token to paste. It finds your agents, signs you in through the browser, connects the project and prints one prompt to try. It also lists what it found (CI, deploy config, agent instruction files, check scripts) and what is worth doing next.
Overlane is invite-only while it is in internal testing: sign in with the email address you were invited on. Your first sign-in creates a team of your own.
Or let your agent do it
Paste this into Claude Code, Codex or another coding agent:
Set up Overlane in this project.
1. Run `npx overlane init` (Node.js 22 or later). It opens a browser sign-in for me, connects you to the project and prints the next step. Never ask me for a token.
2. Run `npx overlane context` and follow `onboarding.next` until onboarding is complete.
3. Tell me what you found in this project and suggest the first task.
