An agent with a team-wide token promotes project memory to team (the memory promotion class: nothing waits under autonomous, an approval under supervised, a person under manual), and a user memory is promoted by the user it belongs to. Global contribution is a separate opt-in (overlane memory status), is de-identified and only published once at least k teams hold the same pattern and a curator approves it.
