List the project's skills and whether each is active, waiting for review or rejected

Lists the project’s saved skills with their review state. Only active skills reach task payloads.

Usage

overlane skill list [--service URL] [--team TENANT_ID] [--project PROJECT_ID]

Flags

Flag	Type	Required	Description
`--service`	string	no	The service address (default: OVERLANE_SERVICE_URL, then the project’s binding, then the hosted service)
`--team`	string	no	The team (tenant) to act on (default: the one your token belongs to)
`--project`	string	no	The project (default: the connected project in this directory)

Behavior

Effect: read (changes nothing).
Needs credentials: yes. Uses the network: yes.
Supports --dry-run: no. Accepts --force: no.
